Cancellation Policy

At Healthy Bazar, we understand that plans can change. Customers may request order cancellation under the following conditions.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before the order is confirmed for shipment.

Once the order has been dispatched or handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation may not be possible.


Pre-Order Cancellation

For pre-order items, cancellation requests may not be accepted after payment confirmation and order processing.

 

Refund for Canceled Orders

If a prepaid order is successfully canceled:

Mobile Banking refunds may take 3–7 working days

Visa/MasterCard refunds may take 7–15 working days

COD orders are not eligible for refund unless advance payment was made


Failed Delivery or Unreachable Customer

Healthy Bazar reserves the right to cancel orders if:

The customer is unreachable

Incorrect address or phone number is provided

Delivery repeatedly fails due to customer unavailability
