Exchange Policy

At Healthy Bazar, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer an easy exchange process.

 

Eligible for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

You received the wrong product

The product was damaged during delivery

The product is defective or spoiled

The item quantity or packaging does not match your order


Exchange Request Time

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

To process your request, please provide:

Order number

Clear photos or videos of the product

Description of the issue


Exchange Conditions

The product must remain unused and in its original packaging

Opened or partially used food products may not be eligible for exchange unless there is a confirmed quality issue


Exchange Delivery Process

Once the exchange request is approved, our team will arrange the replacement delivery as soon as possible.

Delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on location and product availability.

 

Exchange Charge

If the issue is caused by Healthy Bazar (wrong/damaged product), exchange delivery will be free of charge.

If the customer requests an exchange for personal reasons, additional delivery charges may apply.
